Gresham Smith has announced Dale Jones as its executive vice president of the water and environment market.

According to a release, Jones has more than 20 years of experience and previously served as vice president, director of operations, for Dallas-based consulting company Jacobs. There, he led the Georgia and Central Florida infrastructure operations, which included water, transportation and architecture practices.
