Bob Peglow has been named vice president of clinical services and chief nursing officer of Saint Thomas River Park Hospital and Saint Thomas Health Regional Hospitals.

Peglow (pictured) previously served as the director of emergency services at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital since June of 2016, according to a release.  While there, Peglow worked with colleagues in the emergency department to implement a new process for faster and more satisfactory care among those patients with lower acuity illnesses. The Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital Emergency Department is one of the busiest in the state with more than 90,000 patient visits annually.
