Lifeway Christian Resources has announced Ryan Blackwell as the organization’s 11th president and CEO, effective June 1.

According to a release. Blackwell will replace Joe Walker, a long-time Lifeway employee who has served as interim CEO since July 2025. Walker held the role after the departure of previous leader Ben Mandrell.
