Former Nissan general counsel takes new role

Veteran attorney and former Nissan North America general counsel Todd Woods has joined Boston-based law firm Outside General Counsel as a partner working in Nashville.

According to a release, Woods focuses his practice on the manufacturing, technology, retail, entertainment, media, intellectual property and start-up sectors. He advises clients on corporate governance; regulatory compliance and training; dispute resolution, internal investigations, litigation strategy and cost management; business transactions; crisis prevention and management; and legal department development.
