As he draws closer to the twilight of his Major League Baseball career, Caleb Joseph is headed to the sun.

The 32-year-old catcher, a Nashville native, signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday. The deal, which is for the 2019 season, is worth a reported $1.1 million.
