The local office of Chicago-based commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has hired Sarah Pettigrew as executive director.

According to a release, Pettigrew will lead the firm’s Nashville office agency leasing team and focus on advising landlord clients on the leasing and marketing of their buildings. The role is new to the company.
