CMA promotes pair

Emily Evans and Tiffany Kerns

The Country Music Association has announced Emily Evans has been promoted to vice president, strategic initiatives and Tiffany Kerns has been given the title of vice president, community outreach to add to her current role as CMA Foundation executive director.

According to a release, Evans (on left in photo) will oversee the CMA Songwriters Series, CMA KixStart Artist Scholarship, various CMA industry task forces and the implementation of a company-wide CRM program. She will help lead the CMA Awards, CMA Touring Awards, CMA Triple Play Awards and the Country Music Hall of Fame inductions, among others.
