Centerstone promotes two vice presidents

Non-profit behavioral health care provider Centerstone has promoted two staffers to vice president and named an additional two to leadership roles.

The Nashville-based chain of mental health and substance abuse facilities promoted Brad Bills to vice president of systems development and Melissa Collette (pictured) to vice president of enterprise services. Chuck Pegg is the new director of information technology infrastructure and Lauren Clanton has joined the company as Centerstone Tennessee’s director of advancement.
