Engineering and architecture firm Barge Design Solutions has hired Stephen DeCastro as chief financial officer, according to a news release.

DeCastro has more than 20 years of financial experience, having held positions at companies such as Nokian Tyres, where he served as the head of finance and CFO for the Americas, Dover Corporation and Procter & Gamble.
