Earlier this month, Keith Hutchison, chief people officer of Tritium, a manufacturer of electric vehicle chargers, attended President Joe Biden's Infrastructure Talent Pipeline Challenge event.  

In August, Australia-based Tritium opened its first U.S. manufacturing plant in Lebanon. Hutchison said the facility has already recruited nearly 200 employees and is looking to recruit 700 more in an effort to keep the commitment pledged at the White House.
