Brentwood-based GBT Realty has filed a lawsuit against leasing company Outlaws LLC, country music stars Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan as well as former MLB player Adam LaRoche over a now-closed Nashville steakhouse.

The Nashville Business Journal reports that three celebrities were owners of E3 Chophouse, which was located in Hillsboro Village. Outlaws LLC is listed as the tenant named in the the steakhouse’s lease agreement. The lawsuit was filed by Village Investment Partners on behalf of GBT, which owns the mixed-use development that housed E3. The suit alleges that the owners failed to pay rent for damages such as past due rent, interest and future monthly rent for the remainder of the lease term, which is slated to end in 2029.
