Nashville-based electronic health record platform provider Qualifacts has named Josh Schoeller its CEO. The company, backed by private equity firm Warburg Pincus and founded by Phil Bredesen before he was elected governor in 2000, focuses on behavioral health services.

The role is effective immediately, according to a Tuesday press release. Area health care industry veteran Scott Phillips had been serving as interim CEO.
