East Wood - Main Street Health

East Wood Clinic in Paris, Tenn. 

In the spring of 2021, East Wood Clinic, a primary care clinic in Paris, Tenn., received a cold call from Nashville’s Main Street Health, the latter hoping to partner on care for rural Medicare patients.  

An early adopter, East Wood has two of Main Street Health’s health navigators stationed at the clinic. Recently, Main Street Health announced a raise of $315 million based on a $2.1 billion company valuation and plans for expanding into 26 states.
