Botox manufacturer Allergan can move forward with its lawsuit against Nashville-based competitor Revance Therapeutics, alleging that Revance took company trade secrets.  

On Jan. 4, U.S. District Judge Eli Richardson in Nashville ruled that Botox maker AbbVie’s Allergan unit can continue with a lawsuit against Revance. In a case originally filed in April in the U.S. District Court for Middle Tennessee, Allergan alleged that Revance acquired and used trade secrets through a series of new hires that previously worked for Allergan.
