Frist Cressey Ventures announced Wednesday the close of its fourth fund, with a value of $425 million. 

Led by former U.S. Senate majority leader and long-time Tennessean Bill Frist, the Nashville-based health care industry-focused venture capital firm now has nearly $1 billion in assets under management.
