Nashville-based community development financial institution Pathway Lending has named Shea Wood as regional director for Middle Tennessee, a position that is new to the company.

According to a release, Wood brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, including 15 years specializing in small business administration lending. A Franklin native, Wood is a graduate of Battle Ground Academy and the University of Alabama.
