Pathway Lending adds Matt Wiltshire in key role

Pathway Lending announced Tuesday it has named Matt Wiltshire as senior vice president of affordable housing and president of the community development financial institution’s newly created Pathway Affordable Housing Corp.

Wiltshire, who ran for Nashville mayor in 2023, formerly served as the chief strategy and intergovernmental affairs officer for the Metro Development and Housing Agency. At MDHA, Wiltshire was involved with six mixed-income affordable housing developments with a collective 525 residential units.
