Synovus' regional leaders have added local executives Lauren Reed and Jerry Geraghty to their Nashville advisory board.

Geraghty was president and CEO of Rogers Group, the $800 million regional producer of crushed stone and aggregates, from 2005 to 2016. Before that, he had been COO and he remains on the company’s board. He is a director and member of the executive committee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, a member of the board of the Nashville region of Teach for America and a former chairman of the board of the United Way of Nashville.
