Bailey Southwell names partner

Brentwood-based investment bank Bailey Southwell has named Stephen Scott, who leads the firm’s health care services work, a partner.

Scott joined Bailey Southwell from Avondale Partners in 2016 and specializes in working with physician practices, behavioral health care providers and facilities and alternate site ventures. He has nearly 25 years of investment banking experience and has been a part of transactions worth more than $3 billion in all.
