AB preps CFO change

When AllianceBernstein employees move into their new headquarters at Fifth + Broadway early next year, they’ll do so with a new CFO.

The global investment manager said Wednesday that John Weisenseel will step down as its finance chief next February after signing off on the company’s annual report. Taking his place then will be Ali Dibadj, who has since March been head of finance and strategy after working as a portfolio manager and research analyst since joining AB in 2006. Last year, the 45-year-old Dibadj co-led AB’s strategy committee that charted a vision for the company, which manages more than $620 billion in assets.
