Belmont University will recognize more than 100 alumni during an award ceremony on Dec. 12. The ceremony will highlight graduates who have opened businesses in 40 cities across the United States.  

Elizabeth Gortmaker, executive director of the Thomas F. Cone Sr. Center for Entrepreneurship said each honoree has helped create jobs for others.
