Work to begin on North Capitol Airbnb building

Construction is slated to begin by early February in North Capitol on what likely would be, if operational today, Nashville’s second free-standing building to exclusively feature 10 or more Airbnb units.

The four-story building (pictured) will be located at 712 Fourth Ave. N. (see here courtesy of Google Maps) and be called The Charlesville. To be open seven days per week, The Charlesville will include 12 fully-furnished two-bedroom units with kitchens. In addition, the building’s ground-level left side will have a small retail space. The building will replace a surface parking lot.
