Tower takes over Williamson development

Tower Investments has paid $5.8 million to take over development of Williamson County's Stream Valley development at the intersection of Goose Creek Bypass and Lewisburg Pike.

Tower bought the project site, which sits just south of Boyle Investment's large Berry Farms project, from Dallas-based Stanford Land Co. The 345-acre development is zoned for 824 single-family homes, 240 apartments, 290,000 square feet of office and 10,000 square feet of retail, according to Tower Senior Vice President Alex Marks.
