A Rutledge Hill property long eyed for a three-tower development has now been listed for sale for an undisclosed asking price — with the status of the previously proposed project now uncertain.

The eight-parcel 3.36-acre site includes the building once home to Hermitage Café (and now Mr. J’s Original), the structure housing neighborhood bar Batters Box and a large warehouse with a mural noting “The Hill.” Middleton Street, Hermitage Avenue, Rutledge Street and Lea Avenue form the borders of the site.
