Nashville-based Holladay Ventures announced Thursday it has closed on a $68 million loan for The Opaline at Artist Hill, a 251-unit affordable housing building to be located at 3533 Dickerson Pike.

According to a release, construction will be led by general contractor RC Mathews and will begin this month, with a 2028 completion slated.
