A SoBro property adjacent to the site on which Sprocket Rocket Party Bike operates and which sold for $5 million in January 2020 has sold again, this time for $6.8 million.

The address of the two-parcel property is 522 and 526 Rep. John Lewis Way (Fifth Avenue South), with a small one-story building (pictured) on the site.
