Senior living building planned for Green Hills

A 12-story building to accommodate an upscale senior living facility is planned for Green Hills, with the structure to be one of Nashville’s taller of its type were it to materialize.

The building is planned for 3808 Cleghorn Ave., with Houston-based Bridgewood Property Co. to undertake the redevelopment of the site adjacent to the Mall at Green Hills complex. The property today houses a building last home to Tokyo Japanese Steak House and is owned by a partnership affiliated with Green Hills-based Rochford Realty and Construction Co.
