The former McCabe Pub space will be remodeled with plans to put another restaurant in the space.  

The address of the property is 4410 Murphy Road. An unnamed developer plans a 2,900 square foot addition, and a dining patio of 763 square feet, according to Metro permit documents. The Dean family, who still owns the property, had paid $100,000 for it in 1983.
