Redevelopment options eyed for Green Hills site

The owner of the Green Hills property home to Tokyo Japanese Steak House has begun exploring options for the future of the site, with the restaurant slated to close this year.

Located on about one acre at 3808 Cleghorn Ave., the property is owned by a partnership affiliated with Rochford Realty and Construction Co. Trey Rochford, vice president of administration for The Rochford Companies, said his team's effort is very preliminary. A permit, to assess water and sewer availability, has been secured. He said the owners of Tokyo Japanese Steak House decided to not renew their lease.
