A North Davidson County industrial property has sold for $31.22 million, with the new owner a New York-based real estate investment trust that seemingly has made its initial foray into the Nashville market.

INDUS Realty Trust now owns the 24.4-acre property, which offers an address of 2832 Whites Creek Pike.
