Efforts to reinvent a North Gulch property home to the Eleven North apartment complex have taken a key step forward.

Specifically, the Metro Planning Commission Downtown Code Design Review Committee has approved the concept plan, major modification to the build-to and façade width standards, and recommendation of an overall height modification related to the project, called Eleven N.
