PSC Metals Inc. has paid $24 million for two East Bank parcels on which it has leased spaces for its scrap metal recycling business.

According to Metro documents, the company paid $3,744,000 for one parcel and $20, 256,000 for the other. The two properties span a collective approximately 43 acres.
