The 12South buildings long home to 21st Century Christian Publishing Company and Bookstore — and with a family history of note — will soon be available for lease.

The buildings sit on a 0.94-acre site between Paris and Dallas avenues with an address of 2809 12th Ave. S. The structures are slated for a renovation once the bookstore and publishing operations relocate to 2331 White Ave. in nearby Melrose, according to Mark McInteer, one of the property owners. The McInteer family also owns the business.
