Plans for the proposed second tower of Paseo South Gulch are moving forward, as the development company behind the project is now seeking final site plan approval.

According to a document recently filed with the Metro Planning Department, and as the Post reported in mid-2022, the future 30-story high-rise will feature a hotel component and condominiums. The document notes the tower, to stand about 370 feet, will offer 139 residential units, 180 hotel rooms, about 7,980 square feet of retail/restaurant space, and an underground parking garage with 339 spaces.
