The Metro Planning Commission has deferred voting on major projects planned for North Nashville and Green Hills.

The commission will now discuss the request for an amendment to specific plan zoning in place for a Germantown property, located at 1414 Third Ave. N., at its Aug. 27 meeting. Similarly, MPC will vote Aug. 13 on a specific plan zoning request for a 2.23-acre property on which Continental Plaza Office Building sits at 4301 Hillsboro Pike.
