A project planned for Pie Town and put on long-term pause remains viable, with the company driving the development and hoping to have finalized details by the year’s end.

As the Post reported in June 2022 (read here), and according to Metro records, Wheaton, Ill.-based T2 Capital Management paid about $11.25 million for the property — which offered a building that previously housed for many years Plaza Artist Materials and Picture Framing. The main address of the site is 633 Middleton St., with T2 having also acquired 621-623 Middleton St.
