The would-be developer of a Holiday Inn and Suites proposed for SoBro for almost two years has submitted a new image to Metro and is seeking design and site plan approval for the building.

On Tuesday, the MDHA Design Review Committee will vote on the conceptual plans for the exterior design for a 14-story hotel building that Nashville-based Pinnacle Hospitality Partners seeks to undertake. As proposed, the building would rise 190 feet and 15 stories.
