Music Row building sells for $1M+

The Music Row building most recently home to local development company Chartwell Residential has sold for more than $1 million.

The new owner of the property, located at 1616 16th Ave. S., is an LLC, details for which the Post could not determine at publication time. The seller was an LLC associated with Ben Schaedle, a partner with Franklin-based Chartwell Residential, and Jake Griffin, a Realtor with Nashville-based Village Real Estate.
