A local real estate investor and a former NFL player have paid $1.55 million for a Music Row building once owned by the lead singer of country music vocal group The Oak Ridge Boys.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, and via Hull Hooper Holdings LLC, Ryan Hooper and Mike Hull now own the property. The address is 920 19th Ave. S.
