Midtown properties near split sell for $5.5M

The owner of the company that manages the highly visible electronic billboard called Nashville Sign has paid $5.5 million for a two-parcel property one block west of the towering structure at the Broadway and West End Avenue split.

Chenault Sanders, via Blackbird Realty Ventures LLC, now owns the Midtown properties at 1705 and 1707 West End. The property offers a building that houses a T-Mobile store (it most recently had been a Sprint shop), electronics repair shop Dang It Repair and dry cleaner Green Cleaners.
