Two permits are being sought and new images have been created regarding a mixed-use building eyed for Pie Town, with a mid-2026 groundbreaking slated.

One permit will allow for construction of the shell of the future seven-floor building, which previously had been planned for 27 stories. The other permit will allow for the razing of the nondescript structure last housing Plaza Arts.
