MDHA to vote on Rutledge Hill project

The prospective developer of a mixed-use building eyed for Rutledge Hill will go before the Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee Tuesday to seek concept plan approval.

Jim Jacobs created Muse Nashville LLC for the $2.15 million October purchase of the property, located at 4 Berrien St., just off Hermitage Avenue. His five-story planned building, to be called Muse, will offer 51 residences and a corner retail space facing Lindsley and Hermitage avenues.
