LifeWay seeks to lease or sell HQ tower

LifeWay Christian Resources officials are looking to possibly lease or sell their Capitol View tower, a move that comes less than three years after the company moved to the building.

Specifically, the company is open to finding an alternative workspace to the approximately 279,770-square-foot nine-story tower, located at 1 Lifeway Plaza.  The company told the Post it is exploring multiple options, including leasing several floors to other organizations, selling the building and leasing back its office space, or selling the building and moving to another location.
