Key east side property sells to bike shop owner

The owner of Jefferson Street’s Green Fleet Bicycle Shop has acquired an East Nashville property located near craft beer businesses Vinyl Tap and Southern Grist Brewing Co. and plans a toy shop at the site.

The address of the 0.23-acre property, formerly a gas station and most recently housing Arbor Springs Lawn Care, is 2039 Greenwood Ave. Green Fleet Bicycle Shop owner Austin Bauman completed the $925,000 acquisition via an existing LLC, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document. James Moore, principal broker with Nashville-based Blue Iris Real Estate, facilitated the transaction.
