The General Services Administration awarded Nashville engineering firm Smith Seckman Reid an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quality contract for building information monitoring.

BIM is an electronic method of generating and managing building data from design through facility management. SSR will provide the service to GSA's regions tasked with managing new construction projects, overseeing renovations and optimizing performance of existing structures.
