A mixed-use development is being eyed for the Germantown site offering two buildings home to Christie Cookie production facilities.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, Nashville-based development company Trimark Builders seeks to undertake the project, to include eight buildings of 51 residential units (townhomes of three stories). In addition, the document references a small commercial space (1,200 square feet) for the building that would be positioned at the northwest corner of Third Avenue North and Madison Street.
