A two-parcel South Nashville property located near Geodis Park and multiple sites either being developed or planned for projects has been listed for sale for $2 million.

One of the parcels is located at 1805 Nolensville Road, with the 0.15-acre property offering used car business Ed's. According to Metro records, Eddie Gyang owns the property, having paid $55,000 for it in 2015.
