The Hillsboro Village-area mid-rise building last home to senior living services provider Morningside of Belmont has sold for $11.15 million.

Located at 1710 Magnolia Blvd. and positioned west of and adjacent to the Belmont University campus, the building underwent in 2019 major exterior upgrades that carried a cost of more than $8 million (read here).
