Indianapolis-based Sun Development & Management Corp. is seeking a fall groundbreaking and has somewhat altered the design for a hotel building planned for East Nashville.

The project will be undertaken on a 0.80-acre property located at 408 Woodland St. next to Eastside Heights Apartments and across Woodland from Saint Ann’s Episcopal Church.
