Tentatively to be called The Ridley and to have 103 residential units, the building will offer a main address of 1805 Ridley Blvd. and sit at the T-intersection of Ridley and East Argyle Avenue. Located nearby are residential building Parkview Midtown and the intersection of Wedgewood and Eighth avenues.
